Happy Friday!! ✨ Currently in Illinois for my sisters wedding! I’ve been sick but pushing through it! 
I have two workouts that I always include in my shoulder/tricep focused upper body days.

1. Cable Shoulder Raises: 10-12 reps X 3 rounds .

Yesterday I did NOT want to make it to the gym. Yet, I always think about how I always regret NOT going to the gym but I NEVER regret making it to the gym. We have NOO time for regrets. 💯
