Kim and Kanye were friends long before they admitted their feelings for one another – or at least before they came to the realization that they were meant for each other. At one point when they were both single, Kanye thought of making his move but out of nowhere, Kim announced that she was getting married to basketball player Kris Humphrey. She went ahead with the wedding but 72 days later, she packed her belongings and left her husband whom she had quickly realized was not the man for her.

A few weeks later, she and Kanye got together and Kimye was born. 20UP: THEIR FIRST ENCOUNTERS

Kim and Kanye met each in 2003 at the set of singer Brandy’s video shoot. Kim was working as Brandy’s assistant at the time and Kanye who was friends with Brandy happened to be at the set. The two also worked together in 2008 on a puppet show that Kanye never released. Around that time, the two started bonding. According to huffpost.com, Kim and Kanye began officially dating in 2012.

Her baby remained in a breech position so she had to undergo a minor but painful procedure to correct the position. The third and fourth time, she opted for surrogacy.
