1. the User of blogygold magazine can upload content to Website, such as articles, photos and comments (from here on – “Content”). Website does not ensure the confidentiality of User’s Content. Any copyright or policy violations can result in the deletion of Content and termination of User’s account. 



2. User is responsible for Content uploaded to Website. User confirms that Content is User’s property and that User has the necessary licenses/permission to upload Content to Website. 

3. Content is User’s property. By uploading Content to Website, User grants Website permission to use and distribute Content in any site or advertisement owned by or related to blogygold magazine. User grants all other Website users permission to view Content. These permissions are in power as long as Content is displayed on Website, but Website has a right to preserve an informative copy of Content even after User has deleted it. 



4. Acting in accordance with the European Copyright Directive, Website doesn’t search for facts that prove violations. Website immediately reacts to copyright owner’s form about possible copyright or any other right violations. We encourage you to fill out our copyright violations form.
